Very kind and helpful staff! Clean room, good breakfast.

The breakfast did not have bisuits and gravy. The scrasmbled eggs were cold and there was not any kind of meat. I went to the front desk and the clerk went and cooked some sauage which helped. You need to add bisucuits and gravy!

Property was dingy, rooms were acceptable but shower was awful; minimal water from shower head and water didn't drain. The mattress cover was plastic, so it kept the bed hot..Pool area was disgusting. Broken chairs, temperature gauge missing from skimmer lid, pool was cloudy and green tinged. Lights were not working.

When we arrived and checked in about 5 pm they checked me into a room that someone was already in, went back to the front desk had to wait more time and for them to get other guest out the way to give me a new room. Once we finally got into the new room the smell was not a good smell at all, the ac unit was SO loud like extremely loud, the door to close where the fridge was had to be held together by some type of paper, the fridge was wet all on the bottom like leaking. The microwave you have to put in the time you want first then shut the door then start it like it is malfunctioning. The internet was down the whole weekend I asked the front desk for some type of refund or discount and all they could offer was an email to the manager. The cable didn’t work either and I have pictures of it all, my son wanted to play his ps5 and was unable to all weekend. The ac unit was not cooling the room it felt sticky in there. The breakfast was very limited and did not look pleasant also the elevator takes so long to reach you your better off taking stairs. I have worked in hotels for 6 years and this is by far the worst stay I have ever encountered I will never ever stay here again. I also would like a refund or discount on my stay I do not feel like I paid for what I got.

Location was literally the only thing. The price was low but still not worth what I paid for it! The pool and hot tub were a horror show as well as the showers. The lighting in the pool area was genuinely terrifying. It was green lights and grey water. The hot tub had so many chemicals causing bubbles that my whole family broke out into a rash from. The main reason I picked the hotel was for the pool for my grandma and kids but we were only able to use it once for less than 10 minutes due to how horrid the conditions were. The food wasn’t very good either. Other than the pool and bathroom problems the next bad thing was them running out of towels. We had very overtired children that needed a bath and we ended up having random strangers offer their extra towels so my babies could bathe. All in all a terrible time.

There is a huge stain on the ground in the auto entry area. The big welcome mat inside the main door needs cleaning. However, the lobby was not over fragranced. The halls were not over fragranced. The rooms were not over fragranced. The rooms were very clean and in general in good working order. I enjoyed my stay.

It was relatively inexpensive and close to a nice gym. The front desk were incredibly rude and the whole cover to the in-room AC unit was on the floor.

The room was clean with clean towels. The morning breakfast was disappointing. They st the hotel for 3 days. Didn’t eat there at all. Waffles, dry cereal and sausage. Juice machine didn’t work.

Very clean room. The staff was great. Breakfast was wonderful. The hot tub felt phenomenal. Highly recommend.

We were eventually moved to another unit, which I appreciated, and I do want to acknowledge that the staff was receptive and helpful when we brought these issues to their attention. Unfortunately, the second room still had problems with the water not getting cold. Another major inconvenience was the room key system. Our key cards repeatedly stopped working with our room, meaning we constantly had to go back down to the front desk and then return to our room to have them reconfigured. Having to repeatedly go up and down the elevator because the keys would not stay connected to the room became extremely frustrating and took away from the experience. Overall, the building and rooms gave the impression that they were not being properly maintained or cared for. With the extreme heat, it was particularly concerning to see that the property was unable to consistently provide functioning air conditioning.

Not good Staff was very. Inconsiderate and not what I was expecting traveling 10 1/2hrs away. The free wifi did not work. The phone in the room did not work and when I tm my concern no one responded. The floors were very dirty. My feet were black and when I wiped them with a towel the towel was black too. The ac kept making a loud noise. No one seeemed concerned or tried to fix anything.
