The staff was really nice and helpful

Very nice hotel. Great rate. The only hiuccup was I had two small charges added to my bill by mistake. One phone call and they were removed.

I was given an ADA accessible room which I had not requested and didn’t need. If I were disabled, it would have been a bad experience. The light switches were poorly placed throughout the room. The fan in the room was very loud and had poor controls. In the bathroom, there was poor water pressure and no towel racks - just grab bars. The beauty products were attached to the shower wall and were difficult to access. Finally, the one window in the room was dirty on the outside.
-
Bed was WAY too soft. Hallways are shabby and need new carpeting.

Really enjoyed how pleasant and helpful staff was. Also, it’s across from this amazing pizza place, Barnabys!! Pizza was to die for, everything else was ok.

The room decor is very modern, but very dark. The back of the sink had dirty spots all over the wall

Lobby was always busy. People seemed to use it as a meeting and party point.

I asked for an extra blanket and the hotel staff gave me a mattress cover pad to use as a blanket because they didn’t have anymore. This was so awkward but it just went downhill from there. The beds were slanted and hard, the hotel carpets were sticky, leading up to the room, and on top of that, I automatically got charged for using the internet when in fact no one used the hotel internet services. Will never be staying here again.

My favorite place to stay when in the Chicago area.

Great stay for a concert at Ravinia. They had a shuffle to take us to and from the event. Room was clean and comfy.

Great service from staff, good food highly recommended Ruth Chris too. Can’t beat this hotel experience especially for the price

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is not too far from the city. Great place to stay!

I stayed just one night to attend a concert at Ravinia. The hotel provides shuttle service to and from the venue, which is why I chose to stay there. It worked out great. The check-in staff was helpful, the concert was phenomenal, the shuttle got us back easily, I had a good night’s sleep and enjoyed breakfast at the lobby restaurant before leaving.
