I would really like this hotel but the mattress need updating! They are lumpy in spots where people sleep. Otherwise - good hotel.

Hotel canceled our reservation because they over booked on the day we to arrive.

The room serving was not consistent - sometimes the coffee and creamers were refilled and sometimes no creamer, no additional cups. Parking can be frustrating.

Very clean and tidy. Staff was very courteous Hat3d how you had to become a member to get WIFI then when I tried to get a membership in order to get WIFI it wouldn't accept my application.

The night staff was really nice I didn't like that chlorine in the pool was so strong that me and my kids couldn't swim for long. The room setvice was a little slow the fire detector light In the room blinked all night so it kept me up all night. And I found mouse poop in my bed. Morning staff was extremely rude to me. The common areas were extremely dirty and could tell they had not cleaned the floors in weeks. The rooms had road noise that was really bad.

Room dirty, called to have it cleaned, wasnt done. Extended stay days in advance, was locked out of my room after receiving confirmation "all is good" "the keys will still work". TV connection/service terrible, choppy connection, cutting in out, freezing, screen going black; no water bottles in the room upon arrival. Worst experience by far.
