I booked this hotel because it was cleanly in the past but as soon as we got to our room it smelled like pure urine, it was dirty, and there were stains everywhere. I was unable to bring it up to staff same night due to personal plans and no time. I told them a few hours before checkout the next morning (1-night stay) and they just said if I was staying another night they would move me but I was not so there was nothing she could do. Other staff was there for breakfast but it was not complimentary and had to be ordered. The staff seemed unenthusiastic and there were VERY limited options. I even paid extra for the specific room and took pictures of the stains and damage in the room.

All that said, the staff was very helpful in assisting us with our concerns and were quick to action, That made the stay much better

Cleaning crew does and excellent job of keeping the exterior property and hotel sparkling clean. Staff is very friendly and willing to help answer any questions.

The hotel notes that they have cooked to order breakfast for a fee. But apparently that’s only on the weekdays, so you’re on your own if you come on the weekends. I also never saw the bar or coffee shop in operation.

It was that gross bathtub. Had rest stains. Hotel had a smell to it.

The room was dirty and not properly prepared for out stay, the staff meme we that checked me in was short and rude. The next day they offered to clean my room which was nice, but they still left the shower wall looking disgusting and sticking. The computer chair was missing an arm, scuff marks all over the walls, over all regret my stay here but didn't want to risk cancelling and not getting a refund. 10/10 don't recommend staying here and I'll personally never book another room.

Out dated, the lights in the room were small and did not work. TV was small, and not channel listing Breakfast not included on weekends what a joke. Will not be staying here again. Enough parking, free WiFi

The front desk lady was missing for about 45 minutes. Called the hotel and they could not help find her. There were other ppl trying to check in as well. Room stunk, floor was stained pretty bad. Couch was wildly disgusting, looked like someone peed all over it. Sliding door to the balcony door also would not lock. Then they wanted a $100 deposit, like we could possibly make it any worse.? The one photo looks like butt cheeks on the couch.

Pet friendly, the staff was exceptional. Our font desk clerk was very helpful with extending our stay Honestly everything was great, if I had any complaint it would be the pool was cold...other than that everything was accommodating and great.

We use this hotel as a getaway when we can, to get dinner nearby. Sadly this hotel has gone EXTREMELY downhill. We unfortunately founds BUGS in our room and immediately brought it to the manager Calvin attention via the front desk. Called for days about a remedy and to receive my money back, to no avail. We threw our things away, as to not being passengers home. It's unfortunate the manager never called and we didn't get our money back. The bathtub is not usable. I got paint chips in my foot from the peeling tub paint, while showering. DO NOT BOOK HERE. IT SEEMS IF THEY DONT OWN UP TO IT, THEY DEFINITELY DONT REMEDY THE SITUATION.
