Check-in was very easy. The room was very clean. The walk-in areas around the hotel were great along the Missouri river. Early morning pictures at sunrise was phenomenal against the water in the marina.

Comfortable bed for sleeping. Bathroom fan sounded like a lawnmower, soundproofing poor as I heard during the night a sick person in the bathroom but it wasn’t ours it was the bathroom in the room adjacent to us.

In our deluxe King room with lake view, we had a leaky shower faucet that dripped constantly. The room was dark with only two nightstand lamps. We had a great view of the Tiki bar but not the unobstructed lake view the website picture showed. The kids above us were hollering and partying past 11pm. The surrounding area is beautiful and helped make up for an otherwise disappointing stay.

Beautiful resort and the area by the river is perfect! Everything you need all in one spot! Bed was super cozy and room with pool view was amazing!

We had a room with some sliding door between that wouldn't stay shut and you could see into our bathroom from the hallway, (Rm 200 and 202) had a desk blocking the door to Rm 200 so no one could enter had a TV mounted on the wall and nothing else. Looked like it could have been a suite at one time. In the morning when I got in the shower the shower floor turned all black from walking on the carpet it was gross! The back of the bathroom door veneer was all peeled off and the door was in spreads, grout was missing in the tile for to 2 to 3 inches in places. Very unkempt and dirty room!

Hotel was pretty empty and I paid for a view. When we end up with mostly a building view since it’s closer to the elevator I’m sure the gentleman was kind enough to move us to the end of the hall so we had a better view. This was one of the best nights of the trip, unbelievable views!! Highly recommend the river view rooms!!

Yeah, the carpet was dirty. Sticky needs shampooed, also when I looked online said they had free breakfast. No, you have to go to a restaurant and order and pay for it. That was very hard and stiff overall not a very good experience.

every room had a balcony which overlooked the river which was really nice. there was a great outdoor area with a tiki bar which was also a nice touch nothing.

We made a quick stop to get some rest overnight. Rooms were clean and temperature was great. Had a great night rest.
