Chicago Marriott Oak Brook

Exceptional

It was a nice selection.

I didn’t stay there but was charged anyway. I called two weeks ago after my husband was hospitalized due to a severe heart condition and not able to travel. They first told me they would cancel and then changed their minds. Poor customer service and insensitive property. Horrible

Very disappointed.

The place is clean and is connected to so many restaurants and a mall

SERVED MY PURPOSE PARKING WAS TOUGH

Great location wonderful staff

Front desk on return was not good. Lady was disinterested , on arrival , front desk was good. Check out lady and her attitude ( very dull and disinterested On the way out.

The room was sufficient. Could have been cleaner. The floors could use a good vacuum and mopping in the bathroom. Other than that it was good. I checked out early because my conference ended early.

The room was very spacious and clean. The parking was very convenient.

Rooms are clean

Exceptional

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, I wanted a waffle but they had pancakes. Parking was quick and easy. I am definitely staying again.

Bathtub bottom had lots of hair, staff was just responsive, but not overly friendly or helpful.

Very easy to check-in and the room was clean

Every was great from the check-in to our check out. We will definitely stay here again!

All in all very satisfied
