Very expensive. Clean my room No clock in room. Brought up 25 year old home clock radio. Didn’t deliver my coffee or clean towels. Tried to throw me out when I had extended my stay and cleaning people called engineers to open my door

The only issue was the water pressure is very bad.

The staff at the property was truly the highlight of my stay. Pretty much everyone was very friendly and super accommodating. The restaurant B. Staff were absolutely marvelous and made every meal enjoyable. The grounds were stunning, and I’m sure if you are a golfer the course was very nice. The hotel is honestly out of date. The bathtub in my room was old and has some kind of peeling or something happening to the bottom of it. The bathroom was also very small. The lotion in the bathroom was locked to the wall with some kind of holder but it looked out of place and not nice. I don’t want to feel like I’m staying somewhere that thief is a normal thing. The bed was so disappointing, it was hard and not comfortable. I had rails or springs pressing into my back all night long.

We were in Oak Brook for a family wedding and stayed at the hotel as we were trying to find something nice but of good value and close to the venue. We enjoyed the corner room as it had nice views of the golf course and area, the shower's water pressure was very nice, and we had an EXCELLENT breakfast on Saturday morning before we left for home. The staff we interacted with were very nice and helpful. We thought our bed was a bit stiff and the bed pillows were not as comfortable as we had hoped. We made it work though...

It would've been nice if they had a spa and jacuzzi. The keypad to the pool didn't work. They don't offer any free breakfast outside of the restaurant. The bar is really nice. I didn't receive any room service or any maintenance so I had to clean my own room. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. I'll definitely will be coming back.

The next day, I left for a few hours and came back around 2:30 PM, and my room still hadn’t been serviced. I ended up calling to ask for fresh towels. Overall, I wouldn’t say I was completely satisfied with my stay, but it wasn’t terrible either. There’s definitely room for improvement, especially when it comes to cleanliness, housekeeping, and making guests feel more welcomed.

Apparently you have to ask to have your room cleaned. At this level of hotel, they should come automatically. We asked for fresh towels over our multi-day stay and they left them outside the door. Got back from wedding and they did not pick up the dirty towels or even empty trash. When I mentioned this on check out they were nonchalant…you should have asked when you checked in..but we were unaware we needed to ask.

Clean room and facilities. Great Restaurant and lounge. Other attractions include indoor pool, spa, golf simulator. Unfortunately you have to communicate with the staff on a daily basis if you want basic room cleaning service or clean towels every day.

I love this resort. It’s my go to Staycation. The pool and outdoor hot tub are wonderful. The surrounding landscape makes it feel far from the city. They have the most comfortable pillows. They mold to your exact shape, what you would imagine a cloud would feel like.

Secondly, the shower had a weak stream and it did not get hot enough. I did have a nice stay.

Everything went well except we were freezing. It was so cold in our room and we had to request for a blanket. When we asked about heat they said the boilers don’t come on until October and that’s ridiculous, this is a hotel not a house. The outside was warmer than inside I was extremely cold and upset. They definitely need to make some changes regarding this because we should not feel this uncomfortable at a hotel

Clean rooms great staff great piece and quiet sleep great.

I appreciated that they messaged ahead and asked about any requests. I was traveling for the death of a family member and needed a quiet room — I've also been traveling frequently and have noticed a lot of youth travel teams staying at hotels lately, often with loud kids in the hallways. Hilton upgraded me to a corner room with a beautiful view of the golf course and the trees of Oak Brook, which made a real difference.
