Disappointing

The property was just purchased and needs major renovations

Our phone and hair dryer didn’t work. The pool wasn’t open. No secure door to the outside. Our room key constantly didn’t work

The first room was on the street side. The sliding glass door would not fully close. The toilet ran constantly, Mold in the tub & drain was broken. The second room had less mold in the tub. Walls were damaged. Breakfast was poor. Not even a 2-star.

Could not stay here. Canceled stay after seeing the room and property.gave it 1 star because zero was not an option.

first off they put us in a room somebody else was already booked into then the next room had a leak in it and ruined my clothes

I will not be staying here again, nor do I recommend anyone else stay here. It was the only choice I had within the surrounding areas to stay as there was a convention going on and the other hotels were booked.

Went to check in and quickly realized the room had bed bugs. Because they have a 24 hour cancellation policy I was not refunded for my whole stay when I immediately checked out. Please do not stay here.

Dirty and dark place.

We stood there on August 28 to the 30, (1) the carpet was so dirty my baby's feet were so black, it look like she walked in charcoal, I took pictures and took the wipes to the front desk, (2) staff when inside my room without permission after I when to the front desk and told them I didn't needed there help nomore,(3) I asked to speak to a manager they said her name is Letty and that she wasn't around, I called her left her a message and no returned call yet, I call after a week and up to now that is 18 days no body has return my call,I requested some type of accommodation, they offer some points, I was like I don't want no freaking points for what. This is ridiculous and they said they just upgraded the hotel, I'm still waiting.

Old. Rooms are too small for a suite. Toilet seats too low too small.

It's like a hotel for the locals

Our biggest issue was that our suite had motion sensor lights in the rooms. When all the lights were turned off at bedtime, they would go on if you moved beyond your bed! There was no master switch to stop them from doing that! Each night we were woken up by the lights if we got up to use the restroom. Told desk staff about it but nothing was done.

Good location and room size One of the tvs was not working

This property was not at all what it was like online. I had to be moved from one room to the next the air conditioner was not working in the room and the elevators was like they was going to fall and making a lot of noise when you got in them. The pool was not functioning and out of service and on the website it was supposed to be by then. The hallways was hot and hey didn't come clean the rooms the whole 3days . I had to go and ask for more towels and tissue. I was not a good experience.for me and my teenagers.

The location The cleanliness was lacking. There was a dead cricket on the bed when we arrived. The room separator appeared to have a hole punched in it. There were stains on the carpet. As I ran the shower while the water heated, stray hairs were washed away (I was the first to use it during our stay) I had to run out at around 6 AM on our first night and going to the parking lot. None of the lights were on despite it still being dark out upon my return at about 6:30 the side entrance did not require a key for me to get in. When I got back to my room, my key did not work at all. I went to the front desk to have it reprogrammed and that worked. The bed was not super comfortable, and the pillows were fairly lumpy.
