Everything There wasn’t anything I could fault

Charging $10 per night for parking is ridiculous. I'm already paying high prices to stay there

The hotel was just what it said, clean and excellent staff. It’s in a perfect location with ample parking. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The view was beautiful and it’s directly on the boardwalk. We plan on going back.

Wonderful location on the beach. I loved the slide and pool for the kids. Clean property and helpful staff.

Being on ocean front made our stay fabulous! Great spot to enjoy your beach vacation.

All appliances were modern and worked perfectly. We didn’t use the hot tub but it was there if we wanted to. I really can’t think of anything negative except that we had to leave to go home. What a nice place.

Very clean and maintained and very comfortable

One thing we found a little strange was that the restaurant and bar are located right in the indoor pool area. It’s definitely an unusual setup and not quite the atmosphere you’d normally expect for a restaurant/bar. We also ended up leaving a day early because of the weather and our travel plans. We let the hotel know we were leaving, but noticed that we weren’t actually checked out in their system until the date of our original reservation. Nothing necessarily came of it, but we thought that was a little odd. Overall, though, we had a positive experience. The cleanliness, spacious room, and big balcony were definite highlights, and we would consider staying here again when visiting Ocean City.

No body soap in the bathroom.

AC been set by sensor . if nobody move AC will stop work it very hot at sleeping time , room very hot because nobody walk around the room. I'm not come back with this hotel.

Due to time pf year was always found parking in the underground parking.

Exceptional

Hotel was wonderful. Staff were great. The only issue would be the inside pool is directly beside the dining room to the restaurant, so anyone eating can smell the pool and observe the pool while they eating.

This hotel could use some TLC... the towels at the pool are very small and thin. The restaurant was okay.

The property was beautiful and our kids really loved the swimming area outside. The room was clean and the kitchen provided utensils and plates and pots and pans for cooking with. The beds were very very comfortable and the view of the ocean was lovely. We really enjoyed our time there. The only issue was that we had a jacuzzi tub which worked one day and then second day we couldn't get the Jets to turn on but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall five star stay.

Location was perfect we enjoyed both pools and the outside bar staff was very friendly and the rooms were very spacious and clean we also really enjoyed the large balcony

Close to everything we wanted to see and do, hotel seemed well maintained, was clean, staff pleasant and helpful, very friendly and accommodating. Problem was ours, basically, we had a problem accessing the spa tub; wife has back problems and struggled to get in and out; we should have checked for a different shower or bathing accommodation but didn’t, learned of alternatives. Too late.
