Staff was courteous and did not rush check in, hotel is in good appearance and the rooms where nice clean and comfortable like a room at home made you feel welcomed and appreciated for choosing and staying with them good hot water and decent breakfast for a hotel for the price it’s a great place to stay and would recommend to anyone traveling through

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. My only issue was with housekeeping. I had already spoken with the front desk about our departure time, but apparently it wasn’t communicated, so housekeeping kept knocking on our door. I had to repeat myself, which was frustrating. Overall, a good stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff was friendly, the place is a bit older, however, everything was clean. All amenities were included, and the breakfast was good. They offered daily room cleaning and extra clean towels if you need them.If you're looking for a happy medium, this is it.

Our Room itself was excellent, clean and well stocked. We did ask for Handicap preference however, those accommodations were not met. The breakfast "menu" was not what we expected but adequate. Due to a number of Contractors on site, we did not get to enjoy the full breakfast experience as most of the food was gone by the time we made our way to the diner area. Overall, the stay was great, the Staff was very helpful and the Room was very nice. Thank you

The hallways smell horrible walking to your room. I had to use my nasal vapor inhaler to cleanse my olfactory senses. The location can’t help it, but I-20 had closures even on the streets surrounding the property so it was difficult to get to it using navigation. When I asked the clerk the easiest way to get back on she had no idea. I won’t be staying there again.

Convenient location, comfortable beds, but a bit “well worn”. Scratched paint on doors, dark areas around tub.

I didn’t like the fact they charged 15.00 for early check in and would not put it on incidental charge on engine card. The reason we use engine is that our company card isn’t floating around out there. They didn’t just put it on card. They saved card information on their computer.

Room was ok . The hotel was very hot , no ac in the hallways , laundry facilities not working at all , all the ice machines and vending machines were broken only the first floor had a working ice machine . The parking look like a trash can people just throw on the ground the food they did not eat. Won’t be staying there again .
