Always my go to when I’m in odessa

My daughter lives down the street from this facility and I gotta say this is a beautiful hotel that has been extremely well maintained the room was very clean and the breakfast staff was amazing. I will book with this hotel indefinitely.

Clean rooms, comfy beds (although deflated pillows), good ac, yummy breakfast, sweet staff! Would stay there again!

Proximity to restaurants and shopping. The parking lot lighting is good. In the room I was given I found some shears in one of the lamps on the desk. It creeped me out as that’s an odd place to put those, but that should’ve been removed when housekeeping did the cleaning. I tried using the in room phone to call the front desk and that didn’t work. I used my cell phone to look up the number to call. The woman who answered said she could come get them in the morning but didn’t offer me another room. At this point it was about 1030pm and me and my daughter were soo tired from our drive that we just slept there. The person in the room above me was pacing back and forth all night that I barely got any sleep. The next morning I went downstairs and requested another room. I was thankful they placed me on the top floor. I slept better. One of the towels on the bathroom had what appeared to me dry blood on it. I didn’t let anyone know as I was checking out that morning.

The rooms are large & comfortable- coffee & breakfast is very good. They cleaned our room after the second night and provided extra wash cloths etc. staff were friendly The only bad was there was no hot water one day, happened to be the day we were going for my brother’s memorial service. Had to take a fast COLD shower and wasn’t able to wash hair. However I requested and was given a discounted rate for the day. By that evening the hot water was fixed so all ended well.

I had initially booked via Expedia for two nights for a high school class reunion. Something glitched out and the reservation made for a a week early. The hotel would not accept a cancellation from Expedia staff and I had to pay for two nights I didn't use. When I called to talk to management, they never answered the phone. We won't be using this place for the next reunion, and I cancelled my room there for the event and moved next door.

The rooms were beautiful and clean. The whole location was well maintained.

I was so impressed by this hotel and if ever in the area again, I will stay here. Very pleasant staff and the property was impeccable. Rooms were very spacious and had a kitchenette and living room area, beds were comfortable. Property was quiet. Included breakfast did the job. 10/10 recommend

The breakfast was good. Several choices of eggs and meats. My wife left her purse, Shawnea made special effort to go to the room and find it and hold it for us. We returned to get it and had car problems, she went above and beyond her duties to assist us in resolving the problem. She was very helpful in every way. Shawnea is an Exceptional person and employee for your corporation and needs to be acknowledged for her service and dedication to your organization and the customers that she serves. Access to the eggs and meat. It was in an acrylic cabinet and a little difficult to get to. But not a major problem.

Wonderful and helpful staff.

Check in was a little complicated but worked out at the end. Think staff may have been new. Super sweet though.
