We stayed here 5 years ago when it was relatively new. It was comparable to the Hilton Express next door and we were pretty impressed. This time, however, it felt tired and kind of dirty. Not a repeat place to stay.

Front desk at checkin was a bit cold and robotic. two check ins in a row she just said your room number, breakfast times and where the elevator was. Nothing else.

The bed was fantastic. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is fairly new. About six years old. The breakfast was good and had a variety of choices. Nothing really bb

Very clean and great amenities! A wonderful breakfast! Nothing.

Places to eat in walking distance, even though semi trucks were prevalent, didn’t hear them during the night. AC was great

You need to make customers aware that there are no longer coffee pots in the rooms. There were ants and knats on a third floor room. The shower head even pushed towards the wall sparyed and soaked the bathroom floor. This could become a sanitation concern if it soaks your walls and carpet. Just saying. I have stayed here several time over the last 3-4 years...twice a year the last two. I am requesting a partial refund.
