Beautiful property. Had a problem with the AC which was dealt with immediately. Staff were friendly and professional. Could’ve used one more person at check in time. Front desk was pretty backed up.

The gardens, Ponds, walking path and grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The bathrooms are small. The refrigerator does not have any kind of freezer compartment.

We stay at this the Best Western often and usually the room is top notch wonderfuly clean, quiet, great veiw.This time the room was poorly cleaned, and not entirely their fault but the room we were in had zero cell phone service in the room, and the Wi-Fi would not stay connected to any of our devices. So I was unable to conduct business or receive or make calls to my family from the room and had to venture out. As I mentioned before we stay here often and it is always been a wonderful place so do not let this one review Define this hotel as a whole.

Our bathroom door was messed up and would lock if you shut it from the outside. We had to keep using our card to mess with the keyhole. The door was also chipped everywhere and there was a dirty rag left in the tub from the cleaning crew.

Location was nice This is the first time in my life that I make a reservation and payment for accommodation using booking.com and I leave the hotel without getting the invoice for the services paid….the hotel receptionist was very rude in explaining that I should ask for the invoice from Booking.com since they are getting the money I paid, not the hotel….I explained that it’s not the way it works but I could not obtain the invoice from the hotel….even if I have paid 2130.56 $ using company card…I cannot justify the amount with my company at the moment ….probably the last reservation I do with booking for this reason…another thing is that during the whole period booked, from 12 to 19 of September, they did not clean the room, not even once. Hence…I do not recommend the hotel.
