The check in and check out ladies were amazing. The breakfast team were accommodating. The parking fees are ridiculous, the rooms were ok. My overall experience was not the best. We decided to leave and go to another hotel.

The staff were great! They were all lovely. The hotel is very clean. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like a cheap mattress. I was traveling for work and the wifi was not working. I needed the wifi to complete some work after my training in the city. I was not notified about the wifi being out. Not the staffs fault as I am sure they are not allowed to share that information unless directed by those who make more than they do. I contacted Marriot about the wifi issues and haven't heard back.
