Location of the extended stay The room it was out dated and the bathroom was not cleaned very well.

I tried calling the property several times, to let someone know of our late arrival time. no answer. Called extended stay USA and they could not reach them. Called the 3rd party booking and they couldn't get in touch. Arrived and the person behind the desk told us all rooms were damaged. Sent us to a "sister property" ( Executive Inn) did not stay there either it was trash. had to find another place at 1:30am . WILL NEVER stay in Extend Stay EVER. my score of a 1 because there wasn't a number lower. the place was trash inside and out. Lack of communication

This property is by far in my top 5 WORST hotels. I will NEVER go back!!! There were NO utensils in the kitchen, which is the reason I chose a exstended stay. The hallway smelled of old urine, so much that it would make your eyes watering waiting for the elevator. There was no rags or cleaning supplies to keep things cleaned. The floor had soft spots, which made me afraid to fall through. But then after staying a night I learned that their A/C was leaking and followed a path to the soft spot. When I looked at tunder the A/C I could see where they have had issues with the drain and were trying to rig it up. Some of the outside door locks worked, others were missing. Sheets and towels had stains as though they haven't bee. Bleached in a long time! My mom felt more comfortable purchasing cleaning supplies and cleaning our room for the next few days. Most nights there was someone hanging outside thw hotel on drugs or drunk. Watched a guy dance in the vacant parking lot by himself for a couple hours. Then another day there was a young man with a puppy, both of which were mal nutrioned. But both slept on the picnic table just outside the door to the hotel. Find another hotel! This one isn't worth the money.

very dirty on the bed, seems never washed... smell terrible in the lobby and 3rd floor and even in the room, trash can in the hall way... we checked out right after we got in the room.

My experience was terrible. I had to leave and get another room somewhere else. The room was filled with roaches, I requested towels and nobody came, it wasn’t clean. It was just an awful experience!

No pool

The room I booked was not available, I was going to have to book a while other room. When we got to our room it smelled Awful. Stains all over the floor, and crawling with roaches! We did not stay there and asked for a a full refund!!!

The bed was comfortable The facility was dirty the staff was non extant. My room had blotches where Sheetrock work but not painted. The couch was a rideable. It was half way opened when I arrived and could not get it pushed in to sit on. The desk chair is brokenn. The bathroom sink was filthy and never ran there. The shower was hot. The carpet was severely stained the exhausted fan in the bathroom was broken. The kitchen was clean. Several outlets and lights did not work. The ac was adequate but the curtains were too long to close. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. I’ll send you pictures if you want. The elevator had something that had been swept into the corner. This morning someone had covered it with a wash cloth. I’ll tell you I have been traveling since 1982. This is the worst experience I’ve had with the exception of the Dublin in Dublin Texas. I would like a partial refund. But more importantly I’d like the see the facility closed until it can be at least up to code. Preferably up to the standards your company expects. Let me know if you want the pics.
