Felt like I was bothering the front desk by checking in to my room.

Breakfast was great. Rooms were spacious and air conditioner was quiet. Only thing negative was that hot tub not working.

Bathroom was disgusting. Showered with a towel on the tub floor. Grime all around.

Room was cleaned, however there was a strong musty, moldy smell throughout the room. Mentioned this to staff and asked for a different room and nothing was done.

A very noisy hotel, I understand that it is PET friendly, but those of us who want to rest it would be great if the dogs did not bark

This hotel was rated 9.2 "Wonderful" when I booked. Far from wonderful, it was dingy, not well kept up. Front desk staff were apathetic.

There was several things that could have been communicated and wasn’t. Laundry was broke, Elevator broke, Blinds would not go up or down in our room, Phone kept beeping and was told “sorry I guess in a bit it will become less noticeable”, air would not cool below 74 in our room. Maybe it just was our bad luck but, I truly feel that the response from the staff could have been more helpful and actually seemed like they cared.

Hot tub was not hot and the jets did not work, also our tv would not turn on. Breakfast was great and large vanity was awesome!
