Hyatt Regency Greenwich

Very nice place…location was amazing, food and service were good. I didn’t like the cold shoulder of the check in host but the bar/restaurant staff made up for it.

The space is quite large, and for someone like me, getting around was a little difficult. That said, the staff was excellent and provided the kind of hospitality I really appreciate, which feels increasingly rare these days. A few things went wrong during the stay, but whenever something came up, they did everything they could to make it right. Overall, I had a very positive experience. I do not know if the specific person wishes to be known, but the name is S...e at the front desk who went above and beyond!

The hotel was very clean and spacious. Even though there were several large events going on while we were there, there was ample parking, space to relax and no lack in service. It never felt crowded or excessively noisy. We did not use the gym but it was very well organized and clean with working equipment. We did use the pool every day. I do think for the price there should have been a complimentary breakfast and coffee bar. They could have offered a discount at the small coffee shop in the lobby. Unfortunately when our son and his children arrived the room they were given was completely unmade. They had to be relocated to another room. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Very nice stay!

Beyond an amazing experience and staff

Excellent stay, I have no complaints. Room was spacious and clean, fantastic service, wonderful stay!

good vibe

Some of the wait staff were a little abrupt. The breakfast was excellent. I tried 4 different entrees and each were excellent.

The garden is lovely The service and the food at the restaurant could have been better.

Absolutely gorgeous property. Nice pool. Nothing.

Great workout facility. Room could have been cleaner.

We loved everything about our stay!!

Beautiful lobby which included bar and dining area. They had a small convince store in lobby as well. Check in and out easy. Large TV in rooms! Nothing

Relaxing

Breakfast was great. Really noisy. Noise in the hallway throughout the night from other guests. Not enough light in the room. Very dim. Pillows were uncomfortable. Tried both but neither were comfortable. I just expected much better from a Hyatt Regency.

Super

The food and amenities were very good, although it became more than I could reasonably afford after I had to extend my stay. They need an additional elevator or two, on the opposite side of the complex. It’s very difficult with a disability to navigate the whole layout from one place.

I used to go to this hotel, the breakfast buffet was excellent, but it’s not available anymore
