The room was great . I enjoyed spending my birthday at this hotel . Very quiet and comfortable . Staff made my husband and I feel welcome .

This is one of the better hotels in Omaha that I've found that's reasonably priced and has enough amenities for me. Right off of i80 and central to the city.
-
Convenient location.
-
Inexpensive relative to other Omaha chain options if similar quality. Nice outside patio area
-
From the day before confirming the stay til the time we checked out, everyone was awesome! THAT’S the doubletree experience!
-
Is very convenient to have a restaurant on site and room was clean.
-
The carpet was dirty. When we asked to change rooms and pay for an upgrade, the receptionist refused. He said all the rooms had similar carpet stains.
-
Very comfortable, clean, staff helpful.

Additionally, I realized, after we were home, I had left an item in our room. I called and spoke with Chris at the front desk, he found it, called me back, and sent me a link enabling me to make arrangements for it's return. Highly recommend this Doubletree.

Clean room

Needs to clean the bathroom thoroughly. Dirt and dust very visible. Tub was very slippery with the water softener. Need some grip on the bathroom tub! Breakfast was not free. Very loud noise woke us up. Not sure if it was renovations or loud broken vacuum.
