The location was convenient for going to grocery stores and restaurants. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I was not sure when the nuts provided in the room had been placed there, and the amount of food provided was not sufficient. The top part of the mattress was badly sagging. Since I was staying for an extended period, this caused significant back discomfort. I eventually had to sleep with my head at the opposite end of the bed just to be able to sleep comfortably. I also found cockroaches and small white bugs in the room. The refrigerator was unusable because the freezer compartment was completely covered with ice buildup. The washing machine and other facilities were also very old and worn out. The actual condition of the room and facilities was completely different from what was shown in the pictures. When I requested an invoice showing the hotel charges by date, the staff repeatedly told me that they did not understand what I was asking for and that, since I had booked through Booking.com, I should contact Booking.com instead. In the end, I only received a reservation confirmation. For a hotel that accommodates long-term guests, I was very disappointed by the lack of basic knowledge about a folio/invoice and the lack of customer service. I have stayed at this hotel chain several times in the Duluth and Savannah areas in the past, but after this experience, I will not stay here again. The actual hotel is completely different from the pictures shown online. Even though my reservation was non-refundable, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. I would not recommend it at all.

Locstion I stay here once a year for a night or two. Just progressively getting more of a dump. Damp smell. Breakfast use to be good but they’ve really gotten lazy with that.

The place has run down an old

There was not much redeeming about the property. The desk clerk did not say “welcome” or anything else for that matter until he told me my room number. He was not cordial at all. The place seems old and run down. The hallway had a very heavy cleaning solution smell and the room was muggy and musty. The AC cooled but did not pull any moisture out of the air. It seemed damp all the time. The paint on the walls, the heavy caulking around the bathroom floor and tub all needed to be redone and updated. The porcelain tub surface was coming off in many spots. If it had not been Auburn Parents Weekend, we would have gone to a different hotel but there was no availability anywhere else.

Rooms are great size. They need to be updated, but I will not stay as fantastic. That was comfortable.

Beautiful place in a great part of town

This hotel is what you would hope for from a Best Western. My only complaint, and its a big one, is that one night the rate was $107/night but it increased to $399/night for friday and saturday due to Auburn having a football game. This should be illegal. Almost 4x higher!

Funny smell in the room. Far from meeting the expectations one would have paying over $500 per night.

As others have mentioned it is a dated property. Pretty clean. However it was very loud in our hallway in the morning around 4:30 am. Very disturbing. Not much sleep. Breakfast was ok. Would find other places to stay next time.

Decent quality breakfast. Water pressure on the bathroom sink is too low. There is no draining stopper.
