Great atmosphere and view!

The room was super clean and the beach view was amazing. Whatever you do, please try the breakfast buffet and Pizza offered by the hotel it was amazing!!!

Great room partial ocean view - staff was very friendly and pool was amazing for kids! Short walk to the beach great view from lobby/ breakfast area!

The beds are uncomfortable, you shouldn't have to pay for breakfast and to park and the prices to stay are high for what it is.. the pool was tore up most of our stay and ants or some kind of bugs in bathroom

Clean room, comfortable, lots of storage, beautifully decorated and plenty of towels. Beautiful views of the beach. Breakfast was delicious and self serve. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fitness center was clean and well supplied for workouts. The beach was beautiful, we had excellent weather conditions during our stay.

We loved this property and will come back. We do a lot of traveling each year with friends, family, and sometimes alone. We have stayed at 5 star properties that we had to clean before we could sleep, take a bath or eat. But this property made us smile. It is very clean and refreshing to relax in.

This was our 2nd stay and we will not return. On check-in, who appeared to be the manager, demanded both phone number and email address. I stated phone number should be adequate. He stated no, must have both. Was just there the previous year, and was not asked to provide both. Room was not ready on time and then put us in a room that had not yet been cleaned. The 2nd room we were assigned on the 7th floor had an issue with ants (crawling on one of the beds, in the bed, on the nightstand, and on the dresser and bathtub). Really bad the first day--I should have taken more pictures. Killed several dozen ants. Housekeeping was told to clean the room, but was not informed of the ant issue. The issue was not resolved and we were not offered a different room. To top it off, wanted to enjoy a drink at the bar next to the pool, but there were kids screaming in the pool almost nonstop on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Went upstairs to our room on the 7th floor, could still hear one girl in particular screaming even inside. My parents taught us considerateness and proper manners, but apparently some parents do not teach this anymore. At the very least, the hotel staff should have spoke up to please try to keep the volume down. To top it off, while sitting on the room balcony, there was someone smoking or vaping something that smelled like skunk on the balcony next to us on several occasions. This was easily the worst stay at any hotel. An expensive and regrettable decision.

I was very impressed. The lobby is absolutely beautiful and it overlooks the water. Rooms were clean and all staff members were very pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed.

It was a great plus that you could check out pool towels each day (one less thing we had to pack). Would definitely stay there again! Thanks for making our vacation great.

Being the first time to Orange Beach, we definitely chose the right place. The ratings are true! Wonderful place!

The breakfast selection was great. Eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, plenty of fresh fruit, pastries. Something for everyone. Hot tub was not working properly and no coffee pots in the room.
