There was nothing saying they would charge $250 during check in. It was an extreme inconvenience. The breakfast was sub-par. The room didnt look like it did in pictures. The pool was extremely small and had a bug in it. However, staff was lovely and very helpful and friendly. I appreciate their attention to care.

Great location close to many restaurants. Very comfortable rooms are very nice size with refrigerator stove and dishwasher. Breakfast was very good. The only issue we had was the person in the room above us. Must’ve been a heavy walker making heavy footprints, and thuds on our ceiling, waking us up in the morning

Room was very nice and clean . We went to check out early but could not find anyone at the front desk to check out and there were others waiting to check in . Overall the hotel is clean and nice . Its location is convenient to everything

Pillows completely worn out. Breakfast was below std. even for motel food.

I didn’t like the fact that because I was a local I had to pay $250 incidental fee but if I’ve been a traveler, it was only been 100 bucks. Expedia should really let people know that.

Hotel lobby was very clean and inviting. Room was comfortable. The bed was perfect, not too firm or soft. They gave lots of pillows and an extra blanket, which is rare. Excellent water pressure. This was a stop over for us, but will definitely keep in mind on our way back.

In 5 days the housekeeping staff only showed up once. Every day I had to go down stairs for towels.

Very good place to stay very clean and excellent beds slept real good. Decent breakfast and hotel was close to everything. My only knock was the pool was so cold, could not enjoy it.
