Courtyard by Marriott Orlando South/Grande Lakes Area

Exceptional

The hotel is beautiful. The pool is very nice. The downfall is after paying to stay at the hotel. You have to pay $15 a day for parking and no continental breakfast and the fee for the breakfast items are a bit high.

Buena limpieza en la habitación

Room was clean. Staff was attentive and polite. If you’re looking for quiet and off the beaten path this hotel was perfect. Walkability is a bust. You definitely need a car. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice and clean. Helpful , very clean, towels, bathroom clean, blankets really clean. Thank you very much to all the employees that make the effort to keep that hotel like that.

Rooms vary from clean to barely clean…my last stay on check-in I found a hair in the supposedly freshly made bed. Made me feel that this place isn’t funneling their parking lot fees into the right place. Room cleanliness is my number one concern here. Put more money and time into your housekeeping efforts please.

Beautiful experience it was great

Very nice and clean

discount price and clean room

An odd design decision to block the ac from blowing up into the air. A storage unit obstructed air flow so that the cool air stays at ground level

Exceptional

ac was broken

Everything was great but what i didn't like was having to pay for parking at a Hotel I'm already paying to stay at, that's the craziest thing ever for me that like renting a house but parking your car in the driveway is a additional cost 🙃 make it make sense!

Nice Bed Having to pay for parking is ridiculous. I’ve stayed there before and not had to pay for parking so when I was told that I was surprised and pretty disappointed this was hidden in the notes about parking and not clearly noted when booking. Had I known I don’t know I would have stayed there. When you pay good money for 1 night you don’t expect that anywhere else. In cities they they chafe for parking but provide vouchers. Disappointed! Also the staff member was very challenging when I stated that paying for parking was news to me. It should be clearly noted and not in a dropdown.

The hotel was nice. Room was clean. Coffee in the room is awful and didn’t see any in/near the lobby. The undisclosed $15 dollar parking is bull. If you pay for the room, parking should be included.
