They give you a price at the beginning and then fees are higher. That charge you to park at the hotel. And the fee shutter doesn’t take to the park. False advertisement

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. All our questions were answered and our stay was great and overall it was a pleasure to stay there. I would come back.

I liked the clean room , the shuttle to the theme park and the cafe the have on site and I like how helpful and friendly the staff was

Close to the parks Bathrooms in hotel rooms weren’t very clean and pillows were very flat and mattress uncomfortable.

We were made to leave the hotel by police because my fiance threatened to call his lawyer over money they owed us for the cards for the game room. This was the worst place I've ever stayed at! The staff was horrible! Never go there because you will not be happy

Everything! The lobby store helped a lot, close to everything, and everything is always cleaned! We have stayed here for the past 5 years for HHN. It’s always such a good place to stay! Time share hustle in the lobby…
