Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Airport

Conditioner was empty, which was not ideal. But I was so very thankful for the early check in that it equaled out :) nice that you had room service as well. The to go pantry items could use a restock

Small room

All good nice wrlcome and depart

The front desk staff was very helpful and let my Stepmom use the conference room for four hours in the evening to attend her online class. I am very grateful!!

The staff was on point and above and beyond the call of duty had a small problem they were diligently for hours for resolving our problem. I love them I love them and Sabrina was the best person I’ve ever came in contact with. Thank you.

We stayed for one night for our travels and our room was so nice and clean. Staff was very helpful at check in. I’d def stay here again. Very convenient location, def check out Rock & Brews..

Dirty sheets, mold around the room especially by the AC. AC wouldn’t turn off.

The staff provided excellent service. The hotel was clean and beautiful. There is a Hooter's

The area was convenient. The shuttle service/driver and staff were efficient and friendly. The breakfast was perfect! There were a couple of bugs in the bathroom and one of the face towels that was folded on the shelf for use was already dirty. I went to two different floors for ice and neither machine worked. The room also had a smell of wet carpet or padding, like a mildew smell. The pool and patio furniture was stained and still had equipment in the pool after it should have been opened, around 10:45am. We just sprayed room spray, killed the bugs, and asked for more towels.

Very comfortable with the bed was good good place away from home I was asking for extra towels, and they never brought it to me

Then I discovered a cockroach crawling on the floor. I changed rooms in hopes of finding a better bed and that room smelled like bug spray. The bed was somewhat better. I will definitely not stay there again!

Only drawback was no complimentary breakfast provided, cost was $15.95 each! The hotel grill food was really good, again high priced dinner for the 2 of us with one cocktail and tip just over $61. Transport to and from airport on time and good service. Would highly recommend if you have big bucks to eat there. Stay was enjoyable, staff friendly, housekeeping was great and hotel clean.

The rooms were clean and smell fresh. Everything was excellent!
