Holiday Inn Express & Suites, International Drive by IHG

The description that you have up for the hotel and shuttle services is misleading. It only takes place one time in the morning and one time at night. We selected this location because we were going to Halloween Horror Nights and wanted the shuttle service to and from the park for that trip. Should be more clear on this "amenity " or additional service.

Clean room and bathroom excellent

The hotel just recently experienced a flood in many of the rooms. It was under renovations which resulted in doors to the outside being propped open. This resulted in a large bug (roach) entering our room. The good news is my wife did not see it. I caught it and took it to the front desk. The manager was not concerned about the incident. We checked out the next day.

Would definitely stay again

Room was very clean and quiet. Location was great. My only complaint would be not enough shuttle times.

The only bad experience was that we found a live cockroach in our room on the first night (we have a picture). Other than that, breakfast was good and it had really good options. Staff was friendly. Its my third time staying at a holiday inn and its the first time seeing a cockroach.

Everyone was friendly, helpful and seemed genuinely happy.

The staff was very attentive to all of our needs and the property is very well maintained.

Recibí un cargo extra de 10$ y no entiendo porque. Me gustaría que se hiciera la aclaración.

The hotel was excellent and conveniently located near several mini-markets and restaurants. The breakfast was amazing—we were impressed by the generous portions—and the all-day coffee machine was an exceptional touch. We will definitely be back!

We liked everything about this hotel except for the prices of the items in the mini mart and the lack of drinking water in the rooms. Great stay! Great pool! Great breakfast!

The hotel was clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast could have been better. Coffee was good.

We had a great stay! The staff were nice! The room and hotel were very clean. We would definitely stay again!

Book it

Second time staying at this property, everything clean and nice. The breakfast really good.
