Intown Suites Extended Stay Orlando FL - Presidents Dr

Absolutely terrible and awful. Dirty rooms, zero amenities, none existent staff and disgusting facilities. Avoid at ALL costs. Yuck.

Exceptional

Very poor

Nothing! It’s a horrible place! ROACHES EVERYWHERE! Please go book somewhere else, it’s not worth it. You paid for a disgusting place. It says is smoke free yet you can smell drugs in the hallway. Their “upgraded” rooms are poorly maintained. I room’s doors don’t close properly , you can hear people on others rooms talking, the front desk lady is arrogant. I stayed for 7 days and housekeeping came only once to clean and left a note she couldn’t complete housekeeping since “there were too many items” on top of bed (I only have my pijamas in there) Everything is disgusting in this place, I don’t even understand why the have a 3.5 rating in google. It should be a 1rating. It’s a horrible place! ROACHES EVERYWHERE! Please go book somewhere else, it’s not worth it. You paid for a disgusting place. It was quite and peaceful

Poor accommodation.

Good

The workers at nice

I like the size of the room. It is more than enough for my family and I. We love the kitchen because we can cook meals there and the clean is very easy. There was nothing that we did not like. Only thing I wished we had was a washer and dryer hookup inside the room.

Good customer service

The walls are very thin and they're very noisy over there

Towels werent available for the first two days. My belongings were moved and gone through by either staff or pest control wvlhich I wasnt made aware of on the second day of my stay. Management and staff were terrible and unapologetic. I checked out on second night and asked for a full refund. I've never had such an experience. There awere people walking around yellingvat each other doors have dents as if people have been inba struggle or pounded on during arguments.
