The price. Too much noise. Construction going on was very load and noisy. Couldn’t sleep and the beds were very uncomfortable. Shady characters around so we didn’t feel safe. I saw rats by the pool.

Nothing It was dirty - Room smelled horrible and the beds need to be replaced very badly

Bathroom was unclean with hair behind the doors and around toilet.

It was a decent distance from the airport. Ok for a one night stay. The bathroom was dirty, toilet was leaking. Could use some updates and maintenance.

The Room Services were great even showing someone about RECYCLING ♻️ Protecting our Planet Breathe Clean SAVE CREATION GREEN , and the door was tight to shut causing hardware have to be repaired by Maintenance Providing Excalibur Services Providing Even Better Services Keeping Quality. The Rooms were clean and AC was Cold, The Beautiful Park about 1.

The staff was helpful This shouldn’t even be an operating hotel. The situation is honestly precarious, damaged and moldy furnitures, very old and stained beds. Old carpet, no maintenance whatsoever. Had to leave on the same day and ask for a refund which is taking more than a month.

Good breakfast, Clean room, good air conditioning, good rooms, good parking and excellent service by staff, specially Manuel at front desk. Highly recommended!

The staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was good . Waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal , yoghurt, beagles and toast. Plenty of coffee , tea and juice . The bed was extremely comfortable. Wifi very good. The smell in the room is very chemical. The rooms are dated and dirty . The bathroom is rotten the sealant around the bath was rotten away corners of the room filthy. Holes in the cabinets and green mould on all the drawers and dressers in the room. Pool was locked and unavailable

Staff was friendly There was a terrible bleach smell. Tub was very stained. When I got into bed there was black stuff on the sheets so I brushed it off the bed. Got up, & got back in bed & black stuff on the bed again. The stuff was from the dirty floor!!! Extremely dirty!!!! Did not get a good sleep wondering if there were bugs in there too.
