Ramada Plaza Resort & Suites by Wyndham Orlando Intl Drive

The room was nice and clean.

Great location and staff. Suites were perfect but pull out couch is a no go. Springs popping thru and middle bar makes sleeping unbearable after long day at parks. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool but its on a beautiful lake and looks wonderful. Breakfast could be improved. Flavored creamer station didn't function at all. Old donuts and only had small apples and old oranges. I'd stay again, regular beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.

Some at the front desk was helpful especially a male forget his name, but very helpful. What I didn’t appreciate was the fact that we couldn’t use the gym because it’s for VIP guests only. So I had 3 rooms booked for my family and my sons wanted to use the gym and was told they could not. When I booked, there was no restrictions about the gym. Hence my takeaway of 2 stars.

Exceptional

The hotel is close to the parks and close to so many other attractions, shops, restaurants etc. The rooms were newly renovated and clean. It as a cozy feel and you wont be disappointed with your stay here. 10/10

The room was spacious and clean, high floor and beautiful view, free parking, free breakfast but VERY basic. The air conditioner is extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep with it on. Luckily, we visited at the end of September, when the weather wasn’t that hot but I definitely wouldn’t book this hotel during the hotter months. No coffee in the room ( coffee machine with tea bags only)

The breakfast is not varied enough.

The staff did their best to make me feel welcome because it was my husband's birthday. Even though they don't usually decorate rooms, they still managed to provide a fantastic little gift. The central location of the hotel for theme park visitlike Icon park, volcano bay, universal park. Shuttle bus to the parks The roomview. The bathroom water sprays over the edge of the bathtub. Breakfast is monotonous; the same thing every day, with no variety.

The staff was extremely rude....

Skytop bar was awesome. Free pizza and beer and wine every evening. Room was clean and spacious. So close to universal studios and other theme parks. Free continental buffet was a little too basic and could of used more choices for the food. But otherwise was good

Room was amazing, location was perfect. Gift shops directly outside, walgreens and Universal buses a 5-10 min walk away. Huge 24hr Arcade next door. Murphys Pub also next door showing Premier league matches. Staff was always friendly and welcoming. Lifts had minor issues during our stay. Breakfast is free and not worth the bother, unless you just want a bit of toast or boiled eggs. Coffee was ok but only available between 6-9am. i've stayed in many places in Orlando over the years almost all hotels have Coffee/drinks available during the day/evening.
