Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld

Exceptional

Loved staying! It was just one night but next time will stay longer. Walking distance from Seaworld which was so great!

The free shuttle service is nice but does not have convenient times. We had to wait for a long time after the theme park was already closed.

Awful hotel. I have been a Renaissance member for years and have never seen such a decline in service. The hotel couldn't arrange water bottles for us for 3 days we stayed there. One lady actually was ready to fight and was yelling when we asked if she can get water from their fridge. One manager gave us credit for $20 for 1 night but that too after much arguments. They should have planned better or should have offered complementary water from their stores if they had run out. Just common sense but looks like attendants are not trained on exceptional service. Tgey r there just to say no to everything. They just wanted us to buy their overpriced water bottles even though water is supposed to be complimentary. I am seriously considering discontinuing the Marriott brand altogether.

I like the cleaning of the hotel and staff. I asked for a crib, and it was dirty, with holes, and not sheets, nothing. I booked a room with pool view, and they give me parking view for the same price.

Exceptional

This hotel was amazing. The convenience of crossing the street to SeaWorld and coming back to eat at their restaurant and quick service meals was a bonus. Hotel was clean, comfortable and smelled great. Pool area was clean and very inviting. Thank you for a very comfortable stay.

Peaceful

I enjoyed my stay at the Renaissance. The rooms were spacious, there were great amenities and the hotel is centrally located.

Terrible customer service been lied to about rooms and check in and nasty otherwise hotel is completely gorgeous beautiful hotel has changed in the past few years

Superb

This place was fantastic, staff was very helpful, place is spotless on the inside with a lot of nice lounging areas. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the kids water park was being refurbished and we weren't notified ahead of time.

Maybe it's common in these big properties close to resorts but I thought that adding a 50 USD/day resort fee really upped the cost of the hotel. Not impressed, especially because the wifi (included with this fee) was really poor.

The rooms are nice and spacious. The king size bed was comfy and cozy. Front desk staff a friendly and welcoming. Close to shopping, dining, and amusement parks.

I loved the atrium in the center of the hotel it is such a cool concept!! The staff was incredible. The room was great. Location was ten out of ten. Breakfast was great at tradewinds. The main swimming pool was perfect. The water park was being worked on when we went down to the pool areas. We were excited about the water slides and they weren’t working. Also the toddler splash area looks a bit run down definitely could use some TLC out there.
