The build up to my stay I was trying to contact the hotel but I was getting no reply from them. Bed is comfortable, pillows were very small. And the wall are a little thin. You are able to hear people talking in the next room and their TV sets

My experience was not good, The hotel is marketed to be near the convention center and you actually need to wait 15 minutes for ubers to get there and then travel 13 more miutes by car to arrive to the convention center. Ubers take forever to get there. The room was very unsatisfactory. the bed seemed like a retractable sofa bed. the sheets gave me a rush all over my body and the second night, I came back at 7pm after leaving at 8am and the room had not been serviced. All my towels were wet from the morning. I decided to check out that same night after the hotel NOT offering a refund for the second although I informed with 24hrs in advance that I did not wanted to stay a 2nd night. Front desk was nice but did not solve the discomfort. People staying there seem like they live full time in those rooms and are moving in and out constantly. very dissatisfied with my experience and would absolutely not recommend it. Check in was easy but they did not say anything about housekeeping or the lack thereof. Beds were not very comfortable and the if the toilet paper could be described as 1/2 ply, that is about what the thickness was. Upon leaving for the day the first morning we stopped at the desk and asked about fresh towels and we were told that we had to bring the soiled towels down ourselves to get new ones since housekeeping is only done every 14 days. For the cost I paid for 2 nights, i should not have had to bring my own towels to the front desk to get new ones. At the time of checkout, another person staying had to bring her own sheets down to get exchanged for fresh ones. Will not stay here again.

Facility was okay Very very terrible customer service employee was very rude and disrespectful refused to give me a refund after she wouldn’t allow me to check in 5 days later I still haven’t received my money back
