Only one check in agent for around 15 people attempting to check in

It was good hotel just the room they put me in the people behind me had a dog and was barking all night and the light in the bathroom half worked and was barely on the wall.

Desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Awful bar. Bartender is crafty at hiding her short pours. Basically bought a $10 coke. Luckily there's a shop across the street for that. 😁 Balconies are a plus. The little lagoons are kinda cool too. Rooms are dated and dark though. A/C seemed to struggle to keep the room cool-ish. The amenity fee is a bit excessive if you're not planning on using all of them. Close proximity to food and shops. There are better options close by.
