The mini fridge was filthy- something spilled in it and not cleaned, otherwise the rest of the room was clean. Unfortunately I needed the mini fridge

All staff were awesome to work with except the front desk my the final morning. I had 6 rooms for the past 2 nights and wanted to add them to my rewards membership and she just said no its too late. Not sure if I could have claimed the points though. Also the fire alarm went off at 11 PM both nights of my stay, I was told this was due to the construction. I'm sure they have that issue resolved now though. Overall great staff and a very nice place to stay. Mostly just wanted to get my rewards points.

The fire alarm went off 2 nights in a row and it was so loud . Maybe someone was smoking in one of the rooms but it was very annoying

I liked the fact that the 3rd floor was fully renovated and we were offered one of those rooms. Everything was brand new.

Good location, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable soft bed. Will stay here again. Bike/walking patch right behind the hotel, hiking nearby.

Good location, plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, Breakfast was simple and good. Room was clean and comfortable and bathroom had plenty of towels

Melissa at the desk was as adorable! Greeted us with a big smile and was very sweet. All staff was top notch! This is why we always stay here. The breakfast was different each day, with a huge verity to choose from. Your breakfast staff was also extremely courteous and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as asked if we enjoyed the good. Parking lot is very well lit, clean with easy access.

The breakfast was amazing! I would stay again just for the breakfast! The exercise room was nice, the beds were very soft. You should let people know that you're under construction. The random fire alarms going off throughout the building were not Pleasant. The pool was nasty I didn't even want to touch the bottom of it. Y'all need to work on that pool area. Your Keurig machines in the rooms are nasty. You need more sticky stuff in the bathtubs because my husband actually fell out. And you need better cable!
