It was close to everything and the front desk people were nice The beds were hard as a rock, the AC didnt work, called and told them about it. Guy told me it works about half the time and there was no maintenance on staff, gave me a fan.

As soon as I walk through the door the staff was friendly and very accommodating. They are good people. The room was awesome when I go back to Oswego again I'll definitely stay there again

Stay was great! Loved the room and the location of the hotel.

Very clean rooms and helpful staff! The continental breakfast was lackluster…basically cereal or toast or make your own waffle. Some rooms have jacuzzis, which is nice, except when the room next door fired theirs up at 3 am and the noise from the water was so loud it wakes you up not so subtly. If you are a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend.

Basic rooms with fridge and microwave. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

The first room had a very strong disinfectant smell. I asked for another and was nicely accommodated but that room had a strong disturbing smell; I slept with Kleenex in my nostrils. Not sure if it came from the Cooling unit or the rug but both rooms smelled awful. I would not stay there again. The breakfast was very mediocre and space. Stale English muffins . Coffee was good enough. The rooms were clean otherwise.

Breakfast was very nice. Quite a few things to choose from. We really liked the selection and went down every morning to have breakfast. We would recommend it and the Inn to others!!! Great experience!!!!!! The toilets were small - low to the ground and not fans in the restroom.

The breakfast time is not updated here on expedia, it’s until 9am only, not 10 am

We tried to call and delay our arrival by one day and the amount of hoops we had to jump through were unreal. After numerous calls it finally came down to the hotel not expedia and they denied our request. I'll never book through a 3rd party again. The hotel itself was very nice and clean with a great location for our needs. The only thing that I could complain about was the breakfast was a bit weak but better than nothing.

The room could have been cleaner, and the location was disappointing.
