They advertised an indoor pool. I based my final decision on where to stay. Pool was out of use.

Location, near interstate, restaurants. Clean, comfy beds. Staff friendly. Great price. Free hot breakfast included. Water pressure sketchy & shut off mid shower then came back on. Had to go down to first floor for ice. Phone didn’t work.

Clean room and helpful staff. The room TV showed a function to cast content from a smartphone to the room TV but that function was inoperable.

I booked & paid through Expedia. When I checked in I was charged an additional fee for booking through Expedia. This has never happened before and seems shady.

Every aspect was perfect. Front desk personnel was excellent. We had trouble with our TV. She personally came to our room immediately and solved our problem. Kudos to her!!!

Clean and comfortable. Felt like it was a bit pricey for what it was. The credit card hold and communication with them and booking was not efficient. And the employee was rather cranky at check in.
