Wine Country Inn Palisade

The location is perfect for wine tasting throughout Palisade. Breakfast and evening glass of wine were a pleasant surprise and did not disappoint. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Swimming pool and hot tub, location closest Colorado National Monument Room without a pool view. Some rooms are much nicer than others. Wine tasting was OK. Not the best wine…

This was a beautiful setting, just off the highway. Vineyard views, lovely planters and landscaping. The room was nice--would have been nice to have a second occasional chair. It was clean and nicely decorated; the bathroom was clean and had a walk in shower. We took advantage of the free wine reception evenings. There is a nice bar and casual restaurant on site and another more formal one. Provided buffet breakfast was very good. The outdoor pool area was lovely, although we did not use it. A winery (affiliated with the hotel) was within walking distance. Check in and housekeeping staff were friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

I was pleasantly surprised on how beautiful this hotel is and loved how it’s nestled close to the vineyards! The location is easy to access. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and my room was comfortable and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good

This is the best non-resort hotel in which we have ever stayed! The room was exceedingly clean and comfortable. The two restaurants on site were more than adequate. Breakfast was included in the room cost and in my opinion, was much better than any of the chain hotels that include breakfast excepting Embassy Suites. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We will stay here again if we travel to Palisade again.

The hot tub was not available. No warning was given.

It felt better than family .

Lovely place, surrounded by vineyards. They offer a complimentary glass of wine in the evening, which we enjoyed with dinner in the lounge. They have a full restaurant as well, but we were in the mood for something lighter. Room was very comfortable.

The free breakfast is really good. Very good selection. The menu at the bar at night irs really good too. Highly recommended.

Such a great hotel in such a great location. My wife has wanted to stay here for years and the time was right this year. Very nice, roomy room (which is getting harder to find) very nice complimentary breakfast (the quality of which is simply impossible to find). We spent 3 days exploring the wineries and incredible peaches and we will certainly be back next year.

The hotel was wonderful. Food was good. Staff very nice. Amanda was very helpful and knowledgeable about the wines they make!

We stayed one night at the Inn on our way home from Salt Lake City to Denver. The property was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was very good.

We enjoyed a get away trip to Palisade and stayed at this hotel. It was a very nice place to enjoy the nice weather and all the amenities.

Exceptional

Everything was great! Until we went to breakfast- we were told that breakfast was from 9 -10, so we went down at 9:25 thinking we were fine. The staff was cleaning up and rudely told us we better get all we want immediately because they were putting everything away. A few other people came down after us and were also shocked that things were already put away for the day. When I mentioned that we thought breakfast was until 10:00, the ladies did not give any explanation, just kept putting everything away. I understand she was just trying to do her job, but obviously there was some misinformation provided to us that she could have handled differently. I would still recommend this place but was a little off put by this interaction with the staff.
