This was a last minute trip and I didn't expect to find anything available in PS. We have never stayed here before and I was SO pleased and surprised to find this gem. We had plenty of room and a lovely kitchen. The pool and spa area was great as well. Super happy to have found this place and will be back for sure!!!

Been coming to this property for years, they are under new management (since earlier this year), and they are still working on transitioning to a full and competent staff. For us, it is a great location & nice amenities however, not quite up to the standards I am sure the new management is striving to achieve.

I wasn’t able to stay as they didn’t have space on the ground floor as we were traveling with a person that has mobility problems. They called sister company and got us rooms there. So I would say, the staff was great.

We enjoyed our stay! Friendly staff, condo style rooms that were clean, very quiet, beautiful landscapes. We will definitely go back!

My room blew me away. Large, quiet, pleasant views. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. I didn't use the pool or fireplace was away from my room most of the day.

Magnificent apartments with large bedrooms, two bathrooms, living and dining room, usable kitchen. Pools and hot tubs areas well maintained. Free laundry and detergent available on site, but only two working washers and two working dryers. Beautiful property at a reasonable price.

Comfy bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious villa with a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a sofa bed, and an outdoor grill - perfect for the 3 of us. 2 big pools and 3 hot tubs. Nice vibe at the resort. There's a restaurant on site and an outdoor shopping centre with a supermarket, fast food, and restaurants right next door. The laundry is complimentary which is good but only 1 out of 3 of the washing machines and 2 out of 3 of the dryers actually worked and the staff did not make that clear. The hot tub closest to our villa had green water.

Great sized rooms and tons of activities and shopping close by.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past. We were told the Hilton or Hyatt has bought them out. Since February, you can tell that there is less concern to care for the facility. I was told there will be lots of remodeling going on. SO, I believe, until then, the maintenance and upkeep will be lacking. This used to be an AMAZING place. It was old but it was so clean and well kept. Not this time.

I went to a film festival in Palm Springs with my son and we both really enjoyed the stay it Desert Isle of Palm Springs. Our one bedroom suite was spacious and well equipped with a balcony and view of the mountains. Check in and check out were quick and hassle-free. I highly recommend this property for both business and/or vacation stays. It has been my favorite Palm Springs experience.
