Very clean and nice room for the price. Close to downtown.

Wonderful property in a fabulous location. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and exceed Motel 6 standards. Walk to great restaurants, grocery store, Koffi, and one of the best Mexican restaurants in the valley, Sancho’s. We’ve stayed here many times over the years, but once they hired a new manager, Juan, the property went from a Motel 6 in a good location, to a Palm Springs resort! #1 Motel 6 in the Coachella Valley by far.

This property is located in the best part of Palm Springs, IMHO. It’s like a resort, with a beautiful pool! In the evenings we sat at the pool and met some really cool people, because this place has the resort vibes. Clean rooms, really nice housekeeping staff, but the best is the management. Juan, and Amber, really make this place. Juan is the manager and he has turned this property into a Motel 6 resort. We have stayed at so many motel 6’s as we travel with our cat, and they take all pets. Beautiful views, clean, nice rooms with decent linens and really great customer service. I almost hate to post this review because I don’t want my gem to be overtaken! Honestly, home away from home for my family. Never disappointed here.

They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable they put me in two rooms because they couldn't get the televisions to work it was outstanding for what they did for me I'll be sure to tell my friends and family to stay there whenever they come into Palm springs kudos to all of them to the staff for being so friendly and always showing a smile they smile it's the first impression and the last thing impression There's nothing to tell it's a fabulous place

Quick and easy check in no problems

Comfortable, beautiful landscaping, flexible/helpful staff helped me checknin early. The only problem was an older A/C unit with a broken on/off switch and adjustment conttols that was blasting very cold at full power. I managed with plugging in/unplugging to turn it on/off to adjust it for comfort.

Really friendly staff, super accommodating

I love this place for its location and large pool with mature trees and green grass. Even though it’s bad for this water deprived desert to have such large expanses of grass and shade trees, I do enjoy the well maintained outdoor greenery and very generously sized pool. This property is a throwback to Palm Springs motel culture of the 60s. The rooms are definitely basic with inexpensive finishes, but I dont find it shabby either. Cleaning could be a little more detailed and be aware there is no daily housekeeping. They only clean rooms between stays. This definitely a budget experience, but enjoy its pluses, and dont let the minuses bug you. BTW, this Motel 6 on S Palm Canyon is better than the other one in downtown PS which is just a building surrounded by a parking lot.
