I enjoyed my stay overall, and the staff were friendly and helpful. That said, the hotel has definitely seen better days and is in need of some maintenance and updating. There were several visible water leaks from the ceiling, including in the lobby and the gym, and the carpeting felt dirty and worn. The property could use some investment and renovation, but the pleasant staff helped make the stay enjoyable.

The room was very clean but not enough drawers to put our stuff in and the room seemed very dark even with all the lights on but overall had an excellent stay.

Very dirty towels

Great location. Pool is excellent although could use some painting and new umbrellas. Food is very good. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel does seem to need some upkeep. Nothing major, but little things that add up: the faucet on our tub was askance, the sink slow to drain, the pool deck cement crumbling, etc. The location is great, connected to the convention center and close to downtown. The view of the mountains was breathtaking. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was good for a weekend stay, the pool was clean and water clear. All but the hamburger was dry and lacked much flavor. What we really did not like was that there was no bell hop to help us with our bags, if you are disabled or elderly, I would look for someplace else.

Great staff! Was a great week with pool time, and shopping close by. Different activities in lobby were fun and the concierge was so helpful!!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Everything we needed was easily available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the Renaissance Palm Springs. The room was so spacious. I highly recommend.

Went for an overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel lobby was nice as well. The pool area probably should have been swept from the prior day's use. There was food under pool chairs. Also, the pool entry says not outside food or drink but most of the people using the pool had brought their own food/drinks. There was also an an "adults only" hot tub that was FULL of kids. If they are going to have rules they should probably enforce them.

Only thing we didn’t like the noise of the air conditioning. 1st night couldn’t sleep and to solve the issue we turned it off..

I would stay again at this hotel
-
Loud, rattling air conditioner. Broken lock on sliding doors. Peeling wall paper in the bathroom. Bathroom door ripped open so you can see the cork board inside. Maintenance no help. Front desk only offered to move us in our last night of a 3 night stay and comped parking

It’s super nice Smells great Clean Great amenities
-
Restaurant and bar was severely understaffed. Service was terrible. Gave us a room we're actually was ripped out. Highlight was the valet. Don't recommend
-
Pool area was nice, but they need another pool for all the people that were there, for a hotel that size.

The parking situation was also frustrating. Cars double park and nothing is done about it. We were simply told to park outside, which is disappointing when we are paying for hotel parking. Management should do more to address this issue. Overall, a nice hotel, but the customer service from certain employees and the parking situation definitely need improvement.
