The room was really clean and in great proximity to Pier Park. We loved the view and the amenities. I would definitely recommend for couples and families who are looking to explore the Panama Beach City area.

The property was quite nice; apparently it’s a newer one. However, the carpet in the hallways had a slight odor and appeared to be older. However, overall a very decent stay, clean rooms, free afternoon drinks. The suites were designed nicely, there’s also a microwave/fridge in rooms. Also, the breakfast buffet was free and decent. The coffee not so much. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

Be aware as it's also not clear at Hotels.com that you will be charged a resort fee. I guess that's for the beach across the street. Also guess what you have to pay for parking. Had I known I would have stayed at one of the other hotels that are truly located on the beach and don't charge a resort fee. Breakfast was great!

My wife and I had a great stay. The Hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and it had great amenities. The only thing that was disappointing was that the pool and hot tub were only open until dusk, so we weren't able to enjoy those.

Spacious , nice pool and staff . Convenient location, beach is across the street . Food is good if you can eat it hot The whole inside of building was FREEZING . I get that it is 100 degrees outside , but it was literally worse than an operation room , all the time .HAD to take breakfast outside every morning to be able to eat or to the food would instantly get cold as you were making a waffle , walk to your table and your food is all cold . The employees are freezing too. Felt rushed to eat . It was very unpleasant being inside and so cold . It wasn’t just us either . Lots of people complained around us about it being too cold . PARKING is paying a separate company to park there at the hotel. With taxes it was $26 a day to park was a little excessive.
