Nice but very expensive. It is a good drive to the downtown area. If I were to go again I would stay closer to downtown.
-
50 dollars a day for parking. No fridge. No microwave. Expensive food.

Staff engagement was always positive

They were so kind and helpful and went above and beyond! Plus the location and hotel were insanely gorgeous... truly a special place.
-
Great property. It is beside the Four Seasons which is built - but they do a good job of not having the construction interfere with your experience.

I arrived earlier than check in hours and asked to wait. I waited until check in hours but no one contacted me even though they had all my information, they literally forgot. I was let in only after I started complaining. The room was clean and had fantastic view but there is a Four Season’s construction right next their building, the hotel did inform about that, no complains about it, but construction ruins the views you pay for and the pool is not fun right next to that construction.

Friendly, helpful staff. Would recommend.

Great hotel. Beautiful !
-
Wonderful property. No issues with anything controllable, but there was tons of construction right across the street, very noisy, welding light coming through my window. They hotel provided ear plugs but I felt like it wasn't enough. Cost reduction line item for the hassle, and some advance notice, would've been appreciated.

Loved the beautiful property. Did not like being forced to use the valet parking for $50/day.
