Nothing Smelled bad like moldy

This place is THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO !!!!!!!!!!! THE ROOMS WERE HORRIBLE......I CHECKED IN saw both rooms and CHECKED OUT IN THE SPAN OF 20 MINUTES !!!!!!!!! THERE WAS MOLD, DEAD COCKROACHES IN BOTH ROOMS THAT I reserved for my family. THIS PLACE is literally a mold farm. When you first step in to the lobby that looks not so welcoming you can smell the MOLD in the air. When I tried to get my money back they said only the manager could do it. I called multiple times trying to speak to the manager but he was either busy or not there, and he/she NEVER returned a single call. I reserved two rooms for 2 nights but they only refunded 1 day. THEY SAID I HAVE TO GIVE 24 HRS PRIOR NOTICE TO GET ALL MY MONEY BACK and WERE NOT REFUNDING the first night. How was I supposed to know this hotel was a broke down crack house refurnished on a bubblegum budget ??? The pictures shown online weren't even matching the hotel !!!!!!! I provided pictures for the public to review look closely and you can see the mold, the peeling paint, dead cockroaches, I HAVE MORE but could only upload 8 pictures. Metal lamps with clear signs of rust, the mattress looked like the one you would see thrown out! you can't make this up !!! THIS PLACE IS THAT BAD !!! THIS HOTEL AND ITS MANAGEMENT ARE CRAP AND LITERALLY SLUM LORDS because this place is a slum. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

all was excellent during our stay,

Perfect place for the perfect price

Clean room, breakfast was the every morning,

Desert (sp?) With housekeeping was the biggest help to me, going above and beyond to make sure we had what we need while trying to finish her work... love her! The inconvenience of paying for my room online then have to pay a separate deposit on site. It was as streamlined check in to room I'm used to. Inconvenient but not a tragedy!

Covenant clean staff was very helpful,kind That we didn't get to stay longer
