The hotel was pretty well taken care of

The hotel was infested with German roaches .The ceilings were full of mold. There were roaches everywhere . They didn't come to service the room ,the floors remained filthy . The sheets were stained upon arrival. The mold gnats,the roaches , housekeeping didn't come in to clean ,the mold was very much present. Just an unhealthy environment all in all.

Rooms had baseboard molding falling off. Room smelled musty. Bad location next to off-ramp, created dangerous entry into the property. Pool has debris in it. Needed vacuuming. I realized theft was an issue at this location by a list posted of the cost of each item - should they be removed from the room. Negative signage concerning food. Overall bad experience!

They were willing to change my room. Beds crawling out of the outlet mold on the bathroom ceiling remote control was broken and so was the microwave.

The room was very dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time; walking barefoot left the soles of my feet filthy. There were those German cockroaches everywhere! It was a terrible experience! I do not recommend it! I don't think it could get any worse!

Had no hot water for our evening showers, but did have some for the morning. Breakfast was nothing special. Stale bagels, cold scrambled egg circles, waffles, hard sausage, oatmeal, oranges. Convenient location.

It needs a new carpet to make the room smells new. It smells something mildew into the carpet. Everything is excellent. Thank you for letting me and my family stay.
