Courtyard Peoria Downtown

The location. It took me 3 hours to check in because no rooms were available. I reserved my room almost a month in advance. The only thing I was offered was a drink voucher after I was told it was going to be money taken off my room.

Good

Ice machines didn’t work. Parking garage and skyway is dirty. It’s loud…you hear every noise from the room you share walls with and people were yelling in the hallway ALL night.

Very good

Great staff and clean hotel

Paring is a pain

Very clean and updated The bill was a little confusing after check out. Not sure but looks like we were billed twice, wife is checking up on that tomorrow.

Exceptional

Staff were super helpful and courteous.

Very pleasant staff all around! The room was perfect and they were even accommodating when it came to a late check-out. I would definitely stay here again and again!

Upon check in room keys were not available because of some technical issue A maintenance person had to let us into room Could not leave or room would lock behind us and had to have them let us in again Said they would send key up later Never did Very inconvenient… and a bit scary Also there was no body wash in shower Luckily I had brought my own

I loved everything about my stay. Especially after staying at a subpar hotel the day before. This was my 2nd day of a 4 day trip across country. I really got to relax in comfort.

Parking is a rip off. Fridge in the room was not cold. Bed and bedding very nice. Nice bathroom!
