Our handicapped accessible room was clean, comfortable, affordable, and truly accessible for my brother- who is in a power chair. He had ample room to navigate both in the bedroom and bathroom!

The room was clean. I did not realize I had reserved a Handicap room thru Expedia. I told the front desk I did not reserve this type of room. I don’t need it. She said sorry but when u reserve thru a third party she can’t make any changes. I did not realize that accessible means handicap. Since it was only one night we said ok. The breakfast was cold and out of lots of food at 9:00 am.

Overall, a great experience. We had NO cold water in our room # 424, very hot water only, we could not brush our teeth, we had to purchase bottled water and we could not take a shower. The maintenance tech found the problem the next morning.

The floors were very dirty all the time. There was no coffee two times I tried to get some, the cups they use for the coffee was cheap styrofoam and no fruit at breakfast.

Check in and the tv wasn’t working went to front desk and they told me another customer complained that the tv wasn’t working went maintenance person said there’s nothing he could do about it so I didn’t could not see tv Saturday and Sunday morning till checking out are we going to get credit

Everything was great, except the bathroom in my room wasn’t up to par with cleanliness.
