The staff was nice and accommodating for my Dad and my service dog. Only minus was the pool was closed when we were there and did not know until we checked in.

Everything was nice so I think I had a concern with was maybe changing out the coffees and creamers in the room taste it old rather than that everything was good

They did not disclose that the hotel was under construction. We were awoken each day at 5 AM to Construction noise. Ultimately ended up leaving and did not receive a refund.

Food was excellent. Great location for us. It was a short walk to the Mortgage Matchup Center. No negatives.

The location was very walkable to near restaurants and bars. We attended an event at the Chase Field and it was a 10-15 minute walk. The staff were very helpful and nice. Clean rooms.

Really disappointed that the pool wasnt open plus so much construction going on since a year ago apparently Starbucks was basic, hidden 100$ feet when you check in and they allege they give you 25$ credit line to use at the restaurant or Starbucks! But not accumulative if you dont use your 25$ daily they’re gone!! My view from my room was not the best, yea had a city view but my whole bottom view was construction workers working on the roof House keeping ladies are quick, respect to them keeping this place clean within minutes besides that everything else was basic It could have been better honestly
