Residence Inn Phoenix Downtown

The hotel is great and clean, the breakfast was ok, my room had a kitchen and was very spacious. The only downsize is that it doesn’t have parking, but it was just steps away from the Mortgage Matchup Center

Every person we encounted from the valet to the front desk was helpful, professional, and kind. Excellent service! Great location, very walkable. Room was clean and well kept, comfortable beds. Will be back next time I'm in Phoenix!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean. The rooms were nice and clean. They had a lot of options for breakfast.

Everything was perfect Parking, location

Comfortable bed Even with the AC off, there was a loud noise of ventilation going on and off the whole night and blowing wind in the the room

courtesy, helpful staff. Convenient downtown location.

ac was mid but that’s all overall great

Got accidentally locked out of our room, but staff was quick to assist! Great amenities and super close to EVERYTHING! The valet guys were Awesome!

Exceptional

The room was great and clean. Parking was expensive and all elevators were down except 1. Took a long time to get to and from the floor.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times, and all times it's been great. This time Our flight was early by a few hours and they were able to accommodate us early as well. Great service! When it gets busy, their elevators do take a little longer. But not too much.

Clean, great location, good breakfast

Very nice and clean. One of the elevators was down so the one that did work, had a long wait. I would stay again though.

Very clean property and in heart of downtown Phoenix!

Everything was excellent, except having to wait for an elevator for 30 to 45 minutes. Breakfast was average.

It would have been a great experience if not for two out of the three elevators that broke down. We were towards the top of the floor and had to wait significant amount of time to be able to get to the breakfast area, lobby, or room. A.C. Appeared to be off in certain sections of the hotel like the halls/waiting area for elevators. However, I must say that overall the staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean.

Free breakfast had limited choices

Everything It’s not that I didn’t like but the elevators went down twice.

Elevator was broken so getting to breakfast ruined breakfast Elevator was broken. We were on the 16th floor
