Real good location, indeed. In the bathroom, the bathtub side wall has soap dispensers attached to it, 3 of them. They should be placed on the front or back tiled wall, this way you want bumped into them accidentally as I did while taking a shower. Safety first. This is in room 337.

My family and I always love to stay at this location. The hotel is always clean, staff is friendly. The selections for shopping and restaurants are great!

The room was clean and the property is located in a nice area overall. Was a little confused at first on how to get to the hotel as it is located at a mall, but that may also be looked at as a perk. There were cockroaches outside in the parking lot, but I did not see any inside the building.

Nice place and staff. Had good amenities and the as close to shopping and food. The AC went out in our room the second night, but the front desk did move us to another room. Having to move rooms at 10pm was a bit annoying, but at least they took care of us.

We had a one day trip for a baseball game and this hotel was perfect. It was a quick 15 minute drive to Chase Field. The front desk clerk we had on the day of check-in was spectacular. I originally reserved a room with a King bed, but I ended up needing two queen beds and he accommodated us perfectly. Whenever I visit Phoenix, I plan to stay here again.

Hotel and room were clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. Price was great. We will consider this place again.

Front desk ladies in and out efficient. Under 1 minute out and 3 minutes in. Can't ask for better than that!

The room was clean, the staff was great, especially the nice lady at the front desk, outdoor pool and hot tub was awesome And covered parking was nice to have, overall great place. I will stay there again. Keep up the great work!
