Love this Hotel great location.
-
It definitely was not worth the 700$ for one night. I can’t believe hotels up charge like that and all we wanted to do was spend parents weekend with our daughter who attends Pitt. The pull out couch was horrendous I wouldn’t let my dog sleep on it.

Staff, Front Desk was awesome!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the on-site restaurant (Revel) was amazing. The downsides were our air conditioning unit which was incredibly loud, and the parking situation. Parking is expensive in Pittsburgh, we all know that. But the parking garage for the hotel engages in a devious practice which isn’t readily apparent. The sign says parking for 12-24 hours is $45. Then lower, and in smaller font, it mentions that charges restart at 4:00 AM regardless of how long you’ve been there. So that means if you park at 6:00 PM expecting to leave in the morning around 7:00 AM and pay $45, you will instead be charged $60. Very sneaky and the hotel doesn’t seem to care.

Clean room good location
-
Didn’t eat there. I booked this stay through bookings.com and paid ahead for the room on Aug 19. When we checked out ON AUG 22, 2026 were again charged $228.16 PLUS TAX. I DID NOT REALIZE THE DOUBLE CHARGE UNTIL I GOT MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. IS THERE A WAY TO CORRECT THIS?

Great location, easy parking
-
Blah, nothing that makes one come back sadly. Found the two front desk personnel upon check in uninterested.

Was a nice location within walking distance of variety of restaurants and Strip District. Nice view of Fireworks from PNC park

The bathroom didn't have a fan in it so it kept the room h

The hotel was nice. It’s a great location in downtown Pittsburgh with restaurants within walking distance. Staff was very nice. There is a self park garage next to the hotel with in and out privileges.
-
Great location. Clean hotel
-
Staff did not even ask how our stay was when we checked out. So - we'll pass on this one for our next trip to Pittsburgh. ($50 parking per night was also bit steep for next-door parking garage!)
-
Staff was friendly. Everything was clean. The location was great.

Parking was crazy expensive. Television was not great… remote barely worked not many channels, view was awful/ meh
