Omni William Penn Hotel

Wonderful location. Unusual dining hours- ate a couple of evening meals in what felt like a walkway.

This was the most beautiful hotel we’ve ever stayed in! Very clean and staff is very sweet… Will definitely be back!!

Greeters where polite and helpful. The guy at the bar was rude and condescending.

Expensive, place is old. Couch in the room was ripped, mattress spring no longer firm, dim and gloomy. I won’t recommend this place. Definitely not a 4-5 star hotel! Waste of money!

We had a great stay! The hotel is beautiful & we really enjoyed this experience

Great classic hotel. Staff are very nice. Clean. Relatively large rooms. Didn't eat in restaurant so no opinion.

Hotel is in need of an upgrade. The carpet in our room needed replaced, the wallpaper was bubbling and the sofa and chairs had an odor. Will likely not return.

Such a huge and classy hotel with an international feel. Lots of food & drink options and walking distance to a lot more. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was very present and friendly.

I was put in a room adjacent to the elevator bank, which there ARE APPROX 12 ELEVATORS, they travel continuous and sounded like a truck all night, great hotel , horrible room, got zero response when i complained to be moved

Nothing except our stay wasn't long enough!

The service was amazing. We ate in 3 hotel restaurants and the food was quality in all 3. The manager and waiters in the Palm Court were top of the line. Helpful and friendly. Since it's a very old building accessibility was difficult .We had cousins meet us ,1 with a walker, and there was no way to avoid stairs.

A great traditional style hotel in superb location.

The rooms were amazing, and the staff beyond friendly!

I was a little disappointed in our room for an Omni resort. Not my favorite stay but it was still good
