Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Plainfield

Superb

Love this hotel. Always clean. Best breakfast and super friendly staff.

This 4-year old property was immaculate, and the staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast slightly better than most. Would definitely book again.

Fantastic friendly staff, great breakfast

The staff was excellent especially Evelyn. Wonderful customer service by the staff and the breakfast was delicious.

nice

Good value

We stay here often they have an economical stay and fly option and the shuttles were always timely. Walkable to food options. Safe area. Thomas was exceptionally helpful when setting up the park and fly.

Very nice, looked like a newer hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable Staff was friendly

Internet was not working. Outsourced tech support could not help.

Have stayed here several times now, always clean. Staff friendly

Very good

Airport shuttle was great and hotel very clean

Exceptional

The room was very clean and fresh smelling. We enjoyed the breakfast which had something for everyone. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will recommend this hotel to others.

The person at the front desk was wonderful. Friendly, polite and always had a smile and said hello and made sure we.had everything we needed.

Location to my event, pool, breakfast Things in the room needed maintenance.

Really nice Hotel. It checks all of the boxes in a great way.

This was my 2nd time here in this hotel. The room was in good condition except for the blind that covers the window. it was broken so would go up. The male staff that check us in was very friendly and nice but the front desk person who was working in the morning when we check out was so friendly. Also, one staff told me the i would get my Marriot stay point but the next morning they told me i won't get it. So, which staff was right?
